Attendance at the property and supervision of maintenance work.
Appliances all turned on and operational before arrival of guests, outside tables and chairs put out and arranged.

Rental bookings taken directly and clients vetted - we manage the rental process for you including.
Deposits and fees collected and passed on to you.
Schedule of availability/occupancy kept up to date.
Essential welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water provided free of charge to every visitor.
